How we are funded

We run Kestrel Home Search to offer search assistance. Any fee for that service is disclosed to you in writing before work begins. The guide itself is free to read.

No payment from the websites we describe

None of the websites in the guide have paid us, reviewed our text or influenced what we wrote. This site contains no affiliate or referral links and we earn no commission from them. If that changes we will say so here and next to the link.

Our advertising

We pay to promote this site, including on Google. Ads for this site are our own advertising and are not endorsements by any listed service.

Our own service is not neutral

Because we offer search assistance, we have a business interest in people contacting us. Where we describe our service we say so, and we keep it separate from the comparisons in the guide.
