We do not list, sell, rent or finance property, negotiate or represent you in a transaction, or hold deposits or funds. Websites named in the guide are independent of us.

Search assistance

Sending a request through the site is free and creates no obligation. Any paid service is described to you in writing, including the fee, before work begins, and starts only when you agree. Search help is research support, not advice, and we do not guarantee that you will find, be approved for or obtain any property.

Information and changes

The guide summarizes information the services publish and that independent sources report, together with our opinions. Each page states the date we last checked it. Features, ownership and prices change and can differ by location, so confirm anything important with the service or a licensed professional before you act.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-download the site, send spam or unlawful messages through our forms, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site’s operation.
